Upper Lip Hair: If the growth is scanty and not very thick and vigerous then you can manage with threadin or waxing.But if you want a more permanent cure Laser may be the best option.It requires multiple sittings and may not delete them totally,even a few sittings may reduce it.

find out about threading in a salon. the hairs are removed one at a time. this is the preferred method of middle eastern women, who are hairier than western women.

another effective way is to wax. you can buy small wax strips which you heat between your hands. you lay them on the hair, then rip them off fast, against the hair growth. it doesn't hurt as the hair is finer than leg hair for example. do it when you won't be going out for 24 hours so you can avoid the sun. but i think threading is probably the best and least expensive option.
