Upper Skin Of Penis Not Coming Down. Balanitis?

hi doc i am 22 years old and i think i have balanitis , because i have been having sex from last 4 years but upper skin on my penis head is not getting down (its not tearing off) , earlier i thought it would get down after some time but now i am worried about it . i was not able to figure out why is it happening , so i started looking for it on internet and tday i found that it could be balanitis. please help

Balanitis is inflammation of the glans penis. When the foreskin is also affected, it is termed balanoposthitis. Please don't diagnose yourself because your knowledge and experience is limited and you are not a doctor. Your problem should be solved with a simple circumcision. Just consult a general surgeon. Don't be anxious.
