Any ear block followed by giddiness must be properly examined by the ENT as soon as possible. It may just be a minor cause but it pays to be safe. Let these be a few pointers: 1. Get a full check up of your ears and the state of the drum 2. Get an audiometry evaluation done including PTA and impedance to get a clear picture 3. You may also consider an HRCT of the temporal bone if necessary 4. The doctor may start you on antibiotics, anti vertigo medications for symptom control 5. Google for vestibular rehabilitation exercises and follow them
take care of your ears and do not do any sudden work or movements
