Urine Analysis Done. Am I Having Any Serious Disease?
Hi,
I had a urinalysis test and my results were as follows: WBC: 0-1, RBC: 2-4, Squam Epithel: none seen, Trans Epithel: none seen, Renal Epithel: none seen, Bacteria: occasional, Mucus moderate. What does this mean? My blood work was all normal. Could this be a sign of a UTI or could it be something more serious like my kidneys? Thanks so much.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Mild R B C s present along mucus. This is concerning . Get in serum for creatinine and blood urea level . Get in ultrasound of both kidneys to rule out any stone in kidney or urinary tract system. Deal accordingly , otherwise all reports are normal. Good luck. Dr. HET
