Urine Analysis Done After Having Severe Pain During Urination. What Are The Required Treatments?

Hi doctor I hope u can help me..doc everytime im urinating im crying because its too much painful...I did urine analysis bacteria2+ s there blood 2+ LEUKOCYTES 2+ pus cells 15-28 it means its too high..i will wait for ur answer and I hope u can give me some interventions

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection.
Normally urine doesn't contain pus cells.Pus cells,RBC,bacteria indicate towards UTI.
You need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity test.
Ultrasound of KUB region should also be done.
Alkalizing syrup should also be given to change PH of urine.
Get well soon.
