Hi, Welcome to HIM!I am Dr. Days.
First of all, the .Ph of the urine is acidic, which is abnormal, normal urine is alkaline. Now albumin and sugar are within normal limit. But the no of pus cell is increased. Normal urine contain only 0-2plus cells per high power field. It indicates pyelonephritis, lower urinary tract infection, tubulointerstitial hepatitis, fever. Red blood cells are also increased in number. Others are normal.
Overall, the urine report indicates to a urinary tract infection.
