Urine Drug Test Positive For Morphine. Sertraline Hcl, Prochlorperazine, Pantoprazole Sod Dr, Nyquil Taken, Lidocaine Used. Advise?

I recently took a urine drug test, and it turned up positive for morphine. I am wondering if any of my medications I am on could have caused that to happen, because I did not take any morphine. The drug test was sent off to a lab and that too, said it is morphine.

I am taking Sertraline HCL, Pantoprazole Sod Dr, Prochlorperazine and 24/48 hours before the drug test I also used Lidocaine/Maalox mouthwash and took NyQuil.

Please help. So much is on the line with this drug test.

I think your urine drug test would have come positive for opiod group of drugs like morphine. According to the details of medication given by you, Nyquil is cough/flu drug which contains 'dextromethorphan' which is a opiod group of drug like Morphine, which is used a cough suppressant. This drug would have given you a positive test for Morphine.
