Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
First of all let me know whether you have given urine report or stool report.
To me it looks like a stool report'
If it is so, then this report suggests infective diarrhea
Examination of stool suggests infection ( >10 pus cells/HPF in the stool sample suggest infection)
EH and other parasites are not found in stool sample suggests no parasitic infestation.
