Used Liv 52, Mebendazole Prophylactically, Experiencing Dyspepsia, Gastric Disturbance. Guidance?
I am just using Liv-52 DS prophylactically,I never suffered from any liver disease .I am using Liv-52DS 1b.d for the last about two months.Three days ago I just used Mebendazole 1b.d for three days also prophylactically.Now about three days I am suffering from dyspepsia , gystric disturbance, hyperacidity of the gystry, and some bad feeling in the Gastero intestinal tract.Please tell me what it could be, I stopped the Mebendazole after using three days and stopped the Liv 52-Ds as well.Please guide me
Hello, In some cases MEBENDAZOLE can cause these side effects of diarrhea,abdominal pain,nausea,headache etc. These side effects generally go away in couple of days after stopping the MEBENDAZOLE. If your symptoms persist for more than 4 to 5 days,then you must consult a doctor for examination and relevant investigations to find the cause. Thanks
