Used Eye Drop For Pink Eyes, Wax Discharge From Ear. Is This Ear Infection?

My 16 month old has pink eye and a cold, shes been on the eye drops for almost 24 hours and she had a little Benadryl yesterday directed by her pediatrician. She also check her ears and they were fine but today I picked her up and noticed a lot of ear wax had pretty much leaked out of her ear. is this an ear infection on top of all of this? she doesn't seem too bothered by it either

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that she is having allergic rhinitis with bacterial ear infection.
Consult her pediatrician again and get her examined.
One course of oral antibiotic medicine course will give her cure.
Put some antibiotic eye/ear drops in her eyes and ear.
Ok and take care.
