Using Skin Lite Cream. Why Am I Suffering From Pimples? Alternate Cream?

Hi, Am 30 yrs old and a working women, I have been using Skin lite cream for 2 mnts. i am getting small pimple sort of things on my checks. but my complexion have become more fair than i was before. i am scared to stop using the cream as am afraid to become dark if stopped. pls suggest me alternate cream which will not change my complexion.
