Usually Late Periods. Missed For Days. Not Pregnant. Fever With Whit Discharge. Planning For Pregnancy. Suggestions?

I am usually late at periods. This month it has been 55 days and i am not pregnant. Last two days i am suffering from fever (consistent at 102F) without any indication of flu. I have some sort of burning sensation and minor pain at sides (around ovary).
Since i am having fever, i am drinking a lot of water but while urinating i feel dehydrated. Also, i have noticed some odorless white discharge today.
Also i am planning for pregnancy... Please advise...

Thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic. After analyzing your symptoms I feel you should get a Urine pregnancy test done. Next important I strongly advise you is get examined by a OBGY specialist, and you should get a pelvic scan also to rule out any pelvic collection and any adnexal mass.
