Uterus Enlarged, Anteverted. What Are Treatment Options?

Ultrasound results from last week indicate my uterus is enlarged and anteverted. It measured 13.1 x 7.3 x 8.6 cms (436cc volume). The endometrial echo is homogeneous and not abnormally thickened measuring 8mm in thickness. Nabothian glands are noted. Both ovaries are visualised right measuring 34 x 16 x 17 mm and the left 37 x 20 x 30 mm. No adnexal masses or pelvic fluid.

your ultrasound report is essentially normal.
An anteverted uterus is a normal finding.
Enlarged uterus , if no other abnormality is seen on ultrasound, and if you do not have any problems, needs no treatment either.
If you are having excessive pain / bleeding or other complaints, please feel free to write to me in detail about them.
Also, for what reason was the ultrasound done in the first place - that also matters.
It is difficult to opine without knowing these details.
