Vagina Expanded After Delevering Baby. How To Bring It To Normal?

I have four children. Birth Weight between 3.5 kg to 4.0KG. My vagina just look so open. No discharge. no smell, no itching, no pain. I look down and there is a piece of hard mound of flesh poking out and further down more meaty stuff. Sex is normal. But when put fingers inside, just too meaty. From outside don t look like a normal vagina. It look so open. It does not have the labia cover or the perineum . Clit alright, vulva ok but seems to open up to anus. Is this normal. I m scared that man with a smaller penis might just get loss in there.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having uterine or bladder prolapse giving rise to this type of feeling.
From history it also appears that you might be having very lax pelvic floor muscles.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Ok and take care.
