Vaginal Bleeding, Occurred Only Once, Not Period Blood. Pregnant?

hello? im 16 years old, im not due for a period for another couple of weeks, when i went the toilet there was a little blood on my underwear, i wiped it away and put a sanitary towel down because i thought it would be my period, however when i kept going the toilet, ther would be no blood on the sanitary towel, an no sign of it since, this happened on thursday, and my dad says i could be pregnant?
