Vaginal Boils Almost Everyday. Applied Creams. Remedy?

Hi Dr. Lundi, hope you're doing well.I'm Becky and have a rather embarrassing situation. I keep getting vaginal boils almost every month and the occurance increases after any sexual activity
/ during my periods. Used to get them 2-3 times a year before I got married and now it's literally every week but defintely feels like everyday!!!when one pops out, there's another one ready to pop up...sometimes on a earlier recovered area....;(...please help/ advise.

I'm way too embarrassed to go see a gynecologist and have been having this problem for at least a yr now. Are there any home remedies or relief I can do/ follow? I've tried the hot n' cold patch, applying lacto calamine/ antibiotic creams, using only cotton lingrie, changing every day, showering twice a day...I'm so frustrated....please help!
