Vaginal Infection After Having Intercourse, Delayed Periods. History Of Regular Periods. Treatment?

hie dctor, I am 22yrs old married girl and was suffering from urinal infection from the date 7th feb as we had an intercourse and my last period date was 28th.till now my periods are very regular , it always starts 4-5days earlier than the date. so due to my last period count, it should ve started from 23-24th. today it s 1st of march and i haven t still got my periods

thank you for your query.
If you have been indulging in unprotected sexual intercourse, you have to think of a possibility of pregnancy.
If you have missed your period, I would advise you to wait for a week more, and then take a urine pregnancy test.
The urine infection should have been adequately treated, but it does not lead to late or missed periods.
Meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids and maintain local hygiene to avoid repeated infections.
