Varicocele On Right Testicle. When Surgery Can Be Done?

hi doctors, i'm 22 years old, i have right varicocele on my right testicle since i'm 19 years old, so it is already 3 years ago. the pain is 4 out of 10 ( 10 is the most painful), my question is, can i do surgery after 5 more years? or can i have surgery after my marriage? thanks! i already talked about my doctor, he said that i can have surgery after marriage. thanks!

Varicocele is a state of varicosity of the cremasteric & occasionally the testicular veins.
Please read this definition carefully as this is an important factor in your future treatment .
Surgery is the only option for varicocele.
In FEW patients sperm count falls due to varicocele , if that is the condition in your case then you have to get surgery before your marriage .
As pain is there you may take pain killer .
Get in regular sperm ( semen ) count and if sperm count is normal and not falling than you can wait for surgery as you like.
