Varicocele Pain, Sensitive Testicle, Pelvis Pain. Ultrasound Showed Bilateral Mild Degree Varicocele. Meaning?

hi i suffer from varicocele pain in my left even though the ultrasound shows
bilateral mild degeree varicocele more prominent on the left sid (about 2-3.1mm diameter .
showing spontaneous venous phasic flow with augmentation but no flow reversal on straining.

the kind of pain i have is like when i wake up from bed mostly i don't have pain but once go do some normal activity the pain will start like
sensitive testicle.
pain in my pelvis some time in my groin
and pain in the testicle it self.
at the end of the day when i go to bed i lie down raising testicle up but i still have the pain and sleep disturbences until the pain wil go slowly and gradually

so would please give me an advice and does homoeopathy work in this case?

Varicocele is dilatation of veins draining the testis.
IF the semen analysis is normal,there is no need for surgery.
If the semen analysis is abnormal,surgery is indicated.
There are no medicines for varicocele.
I have no idea about homeopathy.
I do surgery for varicocele if the patient complains of pain on the affected side.
So,if the pain is severe,consult a urologist and proceed accordingly.
