Varying BP, Tingling In Hands, Headache
I have taken my b/p on several occasions. The highest reading was a couple weeks ago being 198/108. Yesterday, I had my left arm and hand to tingle. It wasn't asleep, it was just tingling. My b/p yesterday at that time was 160/98. I have had a headache for a couple hours this afternoon and my b/p is 154/102. I do not smoke and take no meds.

in the first case with all the readings you mentioned are above normal and mandates treatment and your tingling is seen in ppl with uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes...if your are above 45 yrs you can start with tab.XXXX in the mrng...you need check your kidney status also pls get one serum.creatinine also and eye examination...
