Verruca On Heel, Infected, Pus Filled. On Antibiotics. What Can Treat It?
hi, my 7 yr daughter has a verruca on her heal which has got infeceted which looks like a big ball of pus shes bon antibiotics and stuff to put on verruca but its a week on and this ball of pus is getting bigger she cant put shoes on whats the nxt step she cant stay of school until it goes down will the docter treat the pus and bandage

Hi verruca with secondary bacterial infection can be manged first with broad spectrum antibiotic for one week.if sec infection is not subsided go for incision and drainage.once the infection subsided then only go for elecrtocautery on the verruca proper and use antibiotic again to prevent infection.and use combiflam to preveent pain
