Vinegar Test Showed White, Bleeding After Popping Warts. Had Multiple Partners. Is Vinegar Test Accurate?

Hi i think i have genital warts , i did the vinegar test and it showed up white! I am freaking out right now, i have only had sex with 3 girls in my life, but I looked around saying that genital warts can not be popped, I was able to Pop mine and blood came out, but the vinegar test came back white....how accurate is the vinegar test?

Warts are usually hard and their surface is rough,can not pop up easily ,do not contain blood inside. .venigar test has no reliability .Please consult with nearby skin specialist in person to have an exact diagnosis .
