Vitiligo,white Patches,brown Spots.

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from Vitiligo with 85% white patches and under the treatment of PUVA and the result is positive with Brown spots generating on white patches.Since the response is positive can i continue the same treatment. Will it cure. I have read some articles regarding Xtrac Escimer Laser treatment for cure of Vitiligo. Is the best option for my discease. Are there any clinics which have this facility in Hyderabad.
