Voice Getting Hoarse, Sore Throat, Pain In The Chest. Reason?

Hi, about a month and a week ago I started getting really hoarse. I have been this way ever since. About a week ago I started getting a sore throat and couldn't swallow and now all together I'm hurting on the left side of my chest. I haven't went to the Dr. Cause I have no insurance but I'm suffering and want it to go away. What's causing all of these symptoms and why have I had it for so long?

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query in hcm forum.
Hoarse voice and sore throat associated with chest infection may be due to
chest or pulmonary infection.
Please do visit an ENT specialist to rule out the cause.
Difficulty in swallowing and sore throat may be associated with-
Pericoronitis due to impacted wisdom tooth.
I would advice you to visit a dentist too.
Thorough check up has to be done.
The impacted or decayed teeth has to be restored or extracted depending on severity of infection.
Take care.
