Vomiting Blood After Accident. CT Scan Done. What Does Report Mean?

My brother met with accident and after 2 hour hi vomit and there was blood in vomitting, his CT scan report has right FTP AC. thin SDH with ipsilateral temporal contusion, left temporal EDH present, no MLS/ME, i dont know what this this, please explain me, is it dangerous? but now my brother is normal, and doctor give him glycerol to take. plz tell me what is in his report

Hi there ~

I understand your concern. If you are vomiting blood after an accident you should undergo more monitoring if you CT was done and it was showing FTP AC, with SDH with ipsilateral temporal contusion, left temporal EDH and nor MLS/ME. I would have you be on observation and get the SDH out with a surgery. Also a CT of your chest might throw more light into why the blood vomiting. I hope this helps with finding out what is the cause of this bloody vomit. This can be dangerous.
