Soy prodcts should be completely avoided for hypothyroid.
All goitrogens should be completely avoided for hypothyroid specially raw vegetable source. Cooked vegetables can be taken.

EVCO (Extra virgin Coconut Oil) does help in both Hypothyroi and Diabetes.
