Cardiac Asthma is the wheesing and difficulty breathing of a heart failure patient due to fluid build up in the lungs (pulmonary edema). Cardiac arrest is when the heart stops pumping blood although it may be quivering.

Cardiac asthma is a medical symptom, of wheezing due to congestive heart failure.it due to pulmonary edema.but arrest is heart stop completely to pump blood.
