I have been diagnosed with mono two weeks ago I m recovering slowly and MRI was taken showing spots on my brain I ve been tested for lupus Anaise vitamin aired cell count s a mess some other autoimmune disorders I m wondering what are the marks on the cheeks of my face are from as they are much different from the hives and mono blister like spots that I received on other parts of my body the marks on my face resemble a reddish purple-ish honeycomb very tiny almost sell like structure I m having a hard time figuring out what it is I ve had them for one week now on each side of my cheek in the exact same spot as the other cheek the one on my left side is a little larger the one on my right of course is smaller the itched quite a bit and had a tingling feeling hours later I can see the honeycomb marks do you have any idea what that s about
