WWhat Causes Numbness On Hands,feet And Face?

Within the past 3 months, I have had two different episodes of numbness in the face, hands, and feet, feeling faint, racing heart rate, tightness in the chest, and a cough after the symptoms subside. I have seen a heart specialist, and my heart is fine. What could be going on, it is very scary?

It might be due to anaemia, you should go for CBC-complete blood count for haemoglobin test. Further in case of decreased hb you can have Ferrum phos(homoeopathic medicine) 5 tablets thrice daily for this condition, it will definitely help in the symptoms.
