Waht Does Continued Spotting With Pregnancy Symptoms And HPT Negative Suggest?

Hi, So my bf and I have been having unprotected sex for 4 months, I didn t have a period for 3 months which was July 21st lasted 4 days and was like any other period. The whole three months I was experiencing pregnancy symptoms and obviously I wasn t pregnant. Well this time around my period ( or what I thought was my period) came two days early (which is weird, my period is either always on time or late never early) I was having pregnancy symptoms again and thought that it was just my period again. Well I took a pregnancy test and came back negative. What I thought was my period was very light and only spotting ( looked similar to implantation bleeding) it lasted 6 days of nothing but spotting (which was weird Bc my period never lasts longer than 4 days no matter what) it was light pink and dark brown and only once did I have a cramp and one time did I have dark red blood. It stopped last night and I ve been having extreme nausea, food cravings, backache, and stomach bloating. Just took another preg test came back negative. Could it be too early to tell? Or did I experience a period?

As you had good amount of bleeding and 2 time preg test was negative it is unlikely to be conceived , may be you have hormonal imbalance as you had irregular periods before so get checked
