Wake Up With Dizziness, Burning In Ear, Pressure Under Eye, Heaviness And Tingling In Head. Cause And Remedy?

Hi ive been waking up feeling dizzy and sick for the past 2wks my left ear keeps burning up and pressure under left eye, my head feels heavy and get tingling i layed down to go go to bed and i felt really dizzy got up and it made it abit worse i getting scared it does wear of bit when i get cold and then warm again it makes it worse
