Warm Palms And Feet Soles, Chest Pain, Irregular Blood Pressure, Lower Back Pain, Numbness. What Is The Cause?

I am having flu like symptoms, warm palms and feet soles, chest pains, blood pressure up and down maintaining a pulse of 53. Or less, neck pains, lower back pains, numbness and sometimes tingling in feet mostly and arms suddenly, i am a 31 year old female, can you or anyone please tell me what’s causing these symptoms?

Have you had any blood work done recently to check your thyroid, blood count, renal function and blood sugars. I would start with a thorough blood evaluation then take it from there.
