Was Pregnant, Had Bleeding, Found Nothing After Scan, Bloated Stomach. What Is Going On?

Hi, I was pronounced 4-5 weeks pregnant . I went for scan after I glad very heavy bleeding . They found nothing there ( thoug mh my womb is still closed ) . I did blood test and it came back as negative . However at the moment,( two weeks later ) my stomach is still bloated. Out of breath very do often . Unrinating very so often. Dizziness and fatigue . My body is unusually sensitive. What is going on ?

The history a previous positive pregnancy test, heavy bleeding and a subsequent negative ultrasound imply that you unfortunately had a spontaneous miscarriage.
Miscarriage can sometimes be incomplete (some of the products of conception remain). In that case there may be abdominal pain, fever. If you develop these symptoms you would need to be assessed as soon as possible.

If you are urinating frequently, it could be as a result of a urinary tract infection which would be diagnosed on urine analysis and treated with copious fluids and antibiotics.

You may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment as soon as you can
