Was Thin, Weak. Took Lot Of Food. Now Belly Is Bumpy. Advise On What Kind Of Yoga Should Be Done To Make Tummy Flat?

hello dr. samuel!
im 29 female frm nepal, i waz slim, i waz weak too, i started to eat more to gain weight, now im average n i feel little strong than before, but after sometime i found my stomach is very fat, i started some yogasanas. stil i m doing 8 times bhujangasana, 8 times pawanmuktasana, 8 times naukasana/boat pose, 35 times legs up and down, 30 times head up n down and 10 times inhale and exhale daily since 2 and half months. my stomach is little bit flat than before but still i cant wear fitting dresses. i see lot of fat in my lower belly. plese kindly let me know which poses should i do to get flat belly and how many times? i have reduced to eat more now a days. i drink water regularly in a day. please tel me some easy exercises or yoga poses to get flat lower belly, which i can do sitting or lying n which do not harm my weak n delicate body. bye.

Early morning: Light tea- 1 cup (2 tsp milk, no sugar)
. breakfast: Milk (skimmed or toned) 3/4 glass- 150 ml without sugar, bread 2 slices.
10 a.m.: one fruit serving: apple,papaya, orange, watermelon.
. Lunch: one large bowl of thin vegetable soup without butter, one plate salad, one roti or chapati or 3 phulkas (without oil) and 1/2 bowl rice, one bowl cooked vegetables, one bowl dal, and half glass butter milk
4 p.m.: light tea- without sugar- 1 cup, bread slice 1 or one idli or a fruit
. Dinner: thin soup and fresh salad or boiled vegetables, 2 thin phulkas, 1 bowl vegetables, 1 bowl thin dal or pulses, thin buttermilk
. bedtime: skimmed milk: 1/2 glass

You can practice soorya namaskar daily early morning in empty stomach.you can also do pujankasana that is cobra position and be conscious in your diet
