Was Unable To Sleep Due To Stress And Could To Feel The Heart Beats. What Could Be The Reason?
Hi last 2 weaks I did not have enough sleep I had a lot of stress and I was hungry, when ii came back home at first night my heart start bit so hard I coud feel evry move and it shake my body now it less but anyway I still have hard hitting . Coud you tell me what wrong with me? Thank you
many confounding factors, but issues such as stress, low blood sugar and even the lack of sleep can give rise to autonomic stimulation of the sympathetic system, the part of the nervous system that controls the "fight or flight" response. If once the hunger, sleep derprivation and stress subside, the symptoms subside, then I would not worry too much, as it would be a physiologic response to stress.
Hope that helps, wish you the best,
