Hi, Welcome to HCM. Warts are commonly caused by a virus called as Human papilloma virus. Warts on the face are usually plane warts which can be treated chemically, and surgically. But the problem with warts is they do recur again after treatment and can be annoying. In your case, shaving is causing inoculation of this virus in other areas causing spread. I suggest chemical method of treatment (application of salicylic acid). If they recur then get in touch with a dermatologist for laser removal or surgical removal. Thanks
