Weakness In Right Side, Photophobia, Vomiting, Numbness In Right Side Of Face, Headache. Migraine?

Hi there I have had what I think is a migraine headache?? I had some right sided weakness and a spacey feeling in my head two days leading up to the day that I was photophobic and vomiting. The day that I had the vomiting I also had some confusion and a numb area in my face on the right side.
I have since stopped vomiting and I have a residual headache over the right side but I continue to have significant right sided weakness especially in my leg...

Hi ,
you have got migrine head ache, had right sided weakness, spacey feeling in head, photo phobic and had vomiting, confusion and numb area in face, lead to headache, weakness in the right leg.
Dont worry, everything is due to vomiting and headache, cause could be fever.
I advise you to consult a physician for treatment. once headache controlled you will be relieved of everything.
