hi Dr XXXXX im 27 yrs old,,i feel weak and sometime i feel sharp pain in any part of my body specially my head, i go to doctor and do some test my cbc is normal and my urinalysis is normal and my blood sugar is normal also,,, and i feel headache and i feel around me are shaking like im in a boat,,whats wrong with me maybe u can tell,, my email add is YYYY@YYYY

you may be having hypo or hypertension. your b.p should be checked up first. your cerebellar and cochlear functions to assesed before undergoing treatment.for symptomatic treatment you can use b complex tablets, paracetamol tablets and vertin tablets.
