Hi
Your doctor might have removed the cyst partially.
So,it might have recurred.
He has to remove the Cyst contents along with its outer wall.Otherwise, the wall secretes the contents and causes fullness again.
Sometimes, the underlying bone gets infected releasing pus through a small hole.
Consult your surgeon and proceed accordingly.
Wish you good health
