Weight Gain, Cramps, Light Spotting, Breast Enlargement. Mirena IUD, Husband Had Vasectomy. Pregnant?

I have had a Mirena IUD for 2 years and my husband had a vasectomy 3 years ago. He did 3 follow up samples and was cleared as not having any live sperm I guess you would say. What are the chances that I might be pregnant? I am tired (but don t get good sleep), gaining weight (but don t eat the best but not different than the past few years), had cramps and light spotting 2 weeks ago (not the flow my period usually is, but my period is never on schedule nor has it ever been), ive been having headaches often, my breasts look slightly bigger, and I noticed some clear/cloudy discharge from both nipples tonight.
