Weight Gain, Face Acne, Cracked Lips, Darkening Lips, Tiredness, Rapid Heartbeat, Mood Disorders. Blood Test Shows Low Hb

Hi I'm 21 lately I had problems with weight gain but I don't eat lot ,and lately having a serious acne breaks on my y face sometimes on the back too. having a lip cracks ,my lips are getting darker and darker ,feel weakness all the time get tired very fast,having a period disorders and it's painful mostly,my skin is so dry ,very rapid heart beat,and mood disorders and suffer from belly-bound.A few moths ago I had blood test and doctor said that my blood was too dark and heavy and the test result showed that I had a very low hemoglobin on my blood!does it mean that I'm suffering from anemia?but what bothering the most is that weakness that I fell all the time and the acne breaks and the rapid weight gain.Is there is anyway to treat it

Low level of Hb will cause generalized weakness, but the combination of your symptoms suggest some other causes also,like Hypothydoidism, or Cushings syndrome. i would suggest you to get a Thyroid Function Test(TSH) done , to rule out Hypothyroidism.if its normal do a Dexamethasone Suppression test top rule out Cushing's Disease. A CT brain can be useful to know any sign of Pitutary adenoma that causing cushings syndrome. It will better to get consulted with an Endocrinologist.
