Wet During Pregnancy,Is That Dangerous?

I am pregnant in my 17 th week and 4 days,I always fell wet clear discharge on my underwear.Is that dangerous?

Nothing to worry I guess. Such discharge is common during pregnancy but neverthelss do keep your doc informed about it.
