Wet Feeling Near Scrotum With A Pimple And Slight Pus With Blood When Popped

Hello doctor this morning I felt fine on till I went to the bathroom is went back to bed and between my leg scrotum. I scratch it and then I felt a wet feeling not to much but it felt like sweet like if I didn't take a a bath all weekend. I I run back to the bathroom and check it out. I had a pimple down there. I don't know weather it a cause I shave every week and and it cause me to have one. A little pus came out then blood, now it's been clean out I'm worry cause it had a little smell to it but it wasn't sweet it was the pus I'm so worry now

Thanks for query.
Based on the facts that you have posted I would state that you have developed staphylococcal infection of hair follicle (Boil) near scrotum .

This area is potentially wet adue to sweating and more prone to get infected .
Take antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily for 5 days .

Ensure to observe proper personal hygiene by clining entire genital area with warm soap water twice daily .

Avoid shaving every wee
