my grandfather is 75 yrs old. he is having sugar and taking insuline dosage . his main artery is 99% block and other two are 70% block.he is taking his medicines as per doctor consultancy but now his pulse sometimes disorder .so please recommand us weather he should operate or not...?

Blockage of epicardial coronary vessels in excess of 60% will result, under conditions of increases myocardial oxygen demand, in reduced perfusion and in turn ischemia. When the severity of the blockage is greater than 90%, perfusion is compromised even at rest.He should undergo revascualrisation surgery
