my grandfather is 75 yrs old. he is having sugar and taking insuline dosage . his main artery is 99% block and other two are 70% block.he is taking his medicines as per doctor consultancy but now his pulse sometimes disorder .so please recommand us weather he should operate or not...?

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Blockage of epicardial coronary vessels in excess of 60% will result, under
conditions of increases myocardial oxygen demand, in reduced perfusion and in turn ischemia. When the severity of the blockage is greater than 90%, perfusion is compromised even at rest.He should undergo revascualrisation surgery
