I have a really painful left arm for three weeks and the pain seems to flicker into my hand and my back and chest. It is not always there however it is over 90% of the time. The back of my left hand is also painful when i type. the pain in my chest is very sore and I now have astrange purple bruise on my tummy low down to the far left and underneath is a small solid lump, are they call connected and what could they all be?
To rule out severity please once have physical examination with a surgery doctor. Some nerve can be involved physiotherapist can help and ortho opinion is good. They are not connected. Lifestyle and stress are mostly the causes. To remain psychologically sane, join 'Art of Living' workshop. It is helpful in somatic cases.
