What A Sore On Penis Shaft?

my husband has 1 sore on the shaft of his penis. No other ones. It has been there for almost 2 weeks. We noticed it started immediately after we bought a new toy and lubrication. He works outside and sweats and chafs all day. We have been together for 5 years and never anything like this. Any idea what this could be?

It could be an allergic reaction to the lubricant. Ask him to take levocetrizine tablet once a day for 5 days. Keep the area clean and hygienic. It should subside in about a week.
