What Additional Testing Should I Consider For Persistent Adrenaline Racing, Anxiety, And A Bitter Taste In My Mouth Despite Ongoing Treatments?

I’m an 83 yr old woman taking Amlodipine 5 mg twice a day, for 7 months I’ve been waking up with adrenaline racing, bitter taste in mouth..anxiety and depression..had upper right wisdom tooth extracted, yet bitter taste remains..have had urinary tract infections ( Ecoli..Klebsiella, Stepholoccus, and a fungus October 2021, November 2021, December 2021, January & February 2022...my Urologist gave me a small dose of Estercream .01 twice per week also mythenamine & C vitamin twice a day..which seems to have alleviated UTI’s...I still wake every morning with adrenaline racing, anxiety..with bitter taste in mouth...I take blood pressure med 5 mg..sit and have Cheerios..( something to eat)...I see my Cardiologist in June...I feel there is infection somewhere...I went to Cape Cod Hospital 1 month ago...where an EKG was done..they found calcifications on a blood vessel on my kidney ...as well as calcifications behind my naval..and said I’d have that for the rest of my life..I’ll be seeing Pulminary today 4/21/2022...Gastroenterologist 5/17/2022...Oncolgy 5/2/2022...what other testing should I have done..please and thank you...
