What Advise Is Appropriate To Manage A Thickened Endometrial Cavity?

Please my scan result said that ...I have a bulky non-gravid bulky uterus measuring 62mm AP diameter x 84MM longitudinal plane with smooth wall outfit...regular and homogeneous myometrial echotexture and thickened endometrial cavity...I need an advice on what to do

Hi,
Thanks for asking, I understand your concern.
A bulky uterus with normal mayometrium-with thick endometrium ( no fibroid, adenomyosis or polyps ) is mostly due to Hormonal imbalance
The cause is ovarian problems/ pre menopausal age / cancer in few cases.
You should consult a gynecologist for detailed physical examination & needful investigations along with hormonal Assay or endometrial biopsy,,, to meet the cause involved.This would help in diagnosis & specific treatment.
