What Am I Having Brown Clumpy Discharge?

hello i need to ask a question. i have the injection in my bum for conception and i havent had it for about a year, i just had it done again in Jan and its now march and im abit worried cause i am bleeding but its like brown and comin out in lumps, is this normal??
