What Amount Of Calcium And Protein Should A Teenager Take To Increase Height ?

I am 5 5 and I want to grow about 3-4 inches more , I have turned 16 couple of months ago. So how much calcium, protein should I intake every day to grow sufficiently. I do trademill,cycling,free hand exercising everyday. If possible suggest few other exercises to make my bones grow.

good balanced diet with lot of exercise ,especially stretching will help you .Basket ball is also known to add height ,so start playing.
